Over the years, C&C has taken initiatives to care for the society and care for the community, aiming at a concerted growth with the society. In 2006, it won the “Corporate Social Responsibility Award” of “Hong Kong Print Awards”. It was also awarded the Caring Company Logo by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service in 2010.
C&C has established a special Hope Fund in 2006 for assisting the development of education in developing areas in mainland China. In 2009, C&C launched a school building project in North Guangdong. The C&C Building in Long Mu Central Primary School was official opened in June 11, 2010.
In the coming months, the C&C Hope Fund will help to build 10 rural libraries, raising the literacy and enriching the lives of the farmers in rural China. The Launching Ceremony of the Rural Libraries was held during the C&C 30th Anniversary Banquet in Beijing on August 28, 2010. The company’s hope fund will organize more corporate social responsibility and charity events in the future.

The Story of Printing: The History and Heritage of C&C reveals a brief history of printing in China, especially the printing story of the two C’s in the past century and the evolution of C&C. Selections of the company’s most important works and award-winning productions are printed on special papers in order to remake the original textures and the printing effects of the books. C&C will donate the income from the copyright royalty of the book to the company’s Hope Fund, in order to finance further corporate social responsibility projects.
