CEO’s Message
The year 2025 marked a significant transition for C&C as we built upon past achievements and embraced new beginnings. At the historic milestone of our 45th anniversary, we completed a comprehensive brand refresh and embarked on a new chapter of group-based operations.
Amid a complex and ever-changing global landscape, we demonstrated solid resilience. Our core business continued to strengthen, and our international operations expanded steadily. We accelerated our digital transformation efforts and further refined our R&D system. In areas such as talent development, employee care, and social responsibility, we remained committed to making meaningful contributions and spreading warmth. All of these efforts have laid a solid foundation for our future growth.
Looking ahead to 2026, this will be a critical year for deepening our reforms and accelerating our development. C&C will fully implement the guiding principle of “Seeking Progress While Maintaining Stability, Accelerating Development”:
• Stability is our foundation – We will continue to consolidate our core business, enhance operational efficiency and quality, and strengthen our ability to withstand external risks, thereby reinforcing the groundwork for long-term growth.
• Progress is our direction – We will speed up technological upgrades and smart manufacturing, deepen market expansion and global presence, promote management innovation and organizational empowerment, and enhance the agility and resilience of our global operations. We will steadfastly advance key strategies such as integrated marketing and the “China + N” initiative.
• Accelerated development is our goal – We will quicken the pace of growth in our established strengths, accelerate our presence in emerging sectors, fully energize our organization, and elevate our overall competitiveness.
The road ahead may be long, but with action, we will reach our destination; the tasks may be challenging, but with determination, we will achieve them. In the coming year, I will stand alongside all of you as we face challenges together and seize opportunities. I look forward to not only driving our business forward but also supporting one another in growth and achievement, building a team that is capable, united, and caring.
