Located in Tai Po, Hong Kong, C & C Offset Printing Co., Ltd., is the sales aim of the Group for Hong Kong and overseas business. The company is responsible for marketing and sales activities, providing service to customers in Hong Kong and those from overseas countries. C&C Offset has set up overseas sales offices, with the aim of extending services to customers in our major markets.
C&C Guangdong, located in Shenzhen, is the flagship production base of the Group. With the new production facility, we shall be able to extend our market reach and product ranges to other mass market, high volume jobs including monthly and weekly magazines, product catalogs, as well as directories.
In order to meet the printing demand of different regions in China, C&C Beijing was set up. Now it is recognized highly by most customers and the printing industry, gaining a lot of awards in various printing contests.
In addition, the Group has further expanded its production base and market reach by expanding to Shanghai, China's business and financial centre. In 2004, the Group purchased 150,000 square meters of land in the Shanghai's Qingpu District and C & C Joint Printing Co., (Shanghai) Ltd. was officially established in October 2004. The plant will be ready for use by mid-2006,thus forming a production network covering the four major economic zones of China, enabling us to provide on-time services to our customers around the country.
As one of the largest publication and commercial printers in China, C&C specializes in manufacturing casebound books, softcover flexi-bound books, paper back books, children's books, wire-o and comb-bound books, saddle-stitched booklets, calendars, postcards, periodicals, magazines, packaging paper, catalogues and directories.
In recent years, C&C has extended its capacity. It can also provide customization and personalization printing service, direct mailing service and digital asset management (DAM), with an aim to provide added value to customers and help them create more value. |

Estimating
With our team of experienced estimators and the latest in estimating software and modem lines, we are able to turn around estimates based on your job specifications. This group of professionals know how to engineer a job to be produced the most effective and efficient way.
Planning
Even before your sales representative submits your quote for an estimate, he or she will convene with our Planning Division to make sure we can deliver as per your needs.
Production
Now that your job is in the plant, our Production Planners coordinate its production through our various and multiple manufacturing stages.
Pre-press
We make great efforts to adopt the newest technology. In 1998, the Prepress Center installed our first full digital workflow. As all processes are digital-based, job processing becomes more and more flexible.Compare to the traditional process of film exposing and manual film stripping and assembly, CTP can shorten the prepress processing time, improve productivity and reduce make-ready time at press room and, more importantly, enable more precise registration and improved quality.
We serve different market needs by offering different types of proofs, ranging from Epson inkjet proofs, Canon toner based proofs as well as wet proofs on actual printed paper based on CTP plate.We have digital workflows from Creo and Screen and is capable of providing first-rate color management and digital asset management services. C&C also offers technical training to our staff and customers, so that we can create more value together.
Web
We have built the largest commercial web offset printing center in China, with Sunday 2000 and M600 presses running at the moment. The presses are capable of printing 16- 48 pages at 50,000-70,000 Iph, enabling us to provide faster, more cost effective and better printing quality service to various customers.
Sheetfed
We have a full line of full-size and half-size sheet-fed presses, from Heidelberg, KBA, Man Roland, Komori, as well as Mitsubishi presses working round the clock and throughout the year, with more to be installed during this few years. This fleet of modernized and advanced equipment is installed in the plants strategically located in different regions of China, forming a strong print-production network and enabling the Group to provide total printing solution and multi-location manufacturing services to our clients whose products need to be distributed to different regions of China and to overseas destinations.
Bindery
The bindery is equipped with fully automatic perfect binders from Kolbus and Muller Martini, case-binders from Kolbus, as well as saddle-stitching machines from Muller Martini and Heidelberg.To add value and creativity to our clients' products, C&C set up a finishing centre where we provide finishing services including silk screen printing, foil-stamping, glinting, UV varnishing and OPP film lamination, etc., thus offering onestop service to our customers.
Logistics
Our Shipping Department always works very closely with the logistics companies to guarantee smooth on-time deliveries.
Other Services
Sourcing
To add extra value to your product, we are happy to help you source various parts and accessories, including hardware, plastics and electronic components, plush toys, etc.. We can also manufacture stationery items, gift items and various book-plus products.
Hand Craft Assembly
We have set up a hand-assembly department under our Special Projects division, taking charge of special book projects, such as 3-D books, stationery sets, greeting cards, postcards, wire-o bound and loose-leaf bound books, board books etc. No matter how complicated a job is, our operators in the hand assembly department can match up with customers' unlimited creativity with their skillful hands.
