    C & C 30th Anniversary Beijing Banquet

    C&C 30th Anniversary Banquet has successfully held on August 28, 2010 with the presence of over 600 hundred guests.

    C&C is honored to have our clients and friends from the Publicity Department, Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, General Administration of Press and Publication of the People’s Republic of China (GAPP), Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, State Council Information Office of the People’s republic of China, Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to celebrate our 30th anniversary at the banquet.

    “In January 8, 1980, the two Hong Kong printing houses, Chung Hwa Book Company and the Commercial Press were merged to form C&C Joint Printing Co., (HK) Ltd. In the past three decades, C&C strives to become world class printing and communications venture with four production bases in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Beijing and Shanghai, and has developed a global sales network,” said Mr. Wen Hong Wu, Chairman of Sino United Publishing (Holdings) Ltd. and Chairman of C&C Joint Printing Co., (H.K.) Ltd.

    C&C also has taken initiatives to care for the society and care for the community, aiming at a concerted growth with the society. C&C has established a special “Hope Fund” in 2006 for assisting the development of education in developing areas in mainland China. In 2009, C&C launched a school building project in North Guangdong. The C&C Building in Long Mu Central Primary School was official opened in June 11, 2010.

    The highlight of the banquet was the Launching Ceremony of the Rural Libraries. In the coming months, the C&C Hope Fund will help to build 10 rural libraries, raising the literacy and enriching the lives of the farmers in rural China.
