C&C Achieved Highest Recognition in Web Offset Printing & Binding

C&C was recognized by the Web Offset Association (WOA) Print Awards & the Binding Industries Association (BIA) Product of Excellence Awards in the 2013 competition. In the WOA’s Awards, C&C won three 1st Place Awards, while in the BIA’s Competition, achieved two Products of Excellence (1st Place) and one Award of Recognition (2nd Place).

In the 2013 WOA Print Awards, C&C won the 1st Place Award in Directories with the Ojai Phone Book (on the left), achieved the No.1 in Coated but Not Perfect Bound Magazines with Modern Weekly News, Business & Lifestyle (in the middle), and got the Champion of Soft-Cover Books, Hard-cover Books with the Better Homes & Gardens New Cookbook (on the right).

Organized by the Printing Industries of America's Web Offset Association, The WOA competition recognizes excellence in print and awards companies of all sizes -- from all over the world -- for their flawless pieces. Divided by 4 categories and 38 sub- categories, the entries are judged by the degree of difficulty, folding, binding, or other finishing and overall craftsmanship of product.

C&C beat other competitors in the world this year again and won the 1st Place Award in Directories with the Ojai Phone Book, achieved the No.1 in Coated but Not Perfect Bound Magazines with Modern Weekly News, Business & Lifestyle, and got the Champion of Soft-Cover Books, Hard-cover Books with the Better Homes & Gardens New Cookbook. C&C Joint the Competition since 2006, achieving 23 Awards which thirteen 1st Place Awards were included.

26 Binding Top Awards in 6 Years BIA’s Competitions

The Binding Industries Association’s Product of Excellence Awards were organized for more than 30 years consecutively. Including the graphic finishing & the loose-leaf categories, the competition set the awards as the Products of Excellence, the Awards of Recognition & Certificates of Merit in a total of 29 sub-categories. The Products of Excellence Award is the most prestigious award in the binding industry, honoring the truly “best of the best”.
